A credit card authorization is also required as a security deposit and the card may be charged for damages, theft, or the unit's being left in a poor condition (food in pots, dirty dishes, etc.).
Check-in time is generally flexible and between 1 and 3 p.m.; coordinate with Doris.

Deposits on reservations cancelled 10 or more business days before the start of the scheduled reservation will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within ten business days will result in forfeited deposits if we are unable to re-book. Longer cancellation periods are required for holiday periods. Please ask.
A three day stay is required during holiday periods.
All units are non-smoking and prohibit pets, unless specifically stated otherwise or special arrangements are made
Access to some units may require chains or a 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter. .
